Welcome! I offer strong, anatomy-informed, flow-style yoga classes on Mercer Island. My goal for every class is to strengthen and balance out your body, and to regulate your nervous system.
Your mobility in daily life is more important to me as a yoga teacher than whether or not you get into any specific pose and that’s the mindset that I bring to every class.
